Item Condition Descriptions

New
These are unopened, overstock, shelf-pulls or inventory liquidations. In some cases a manufacturer's warranty may be offered but it isn't verified or guaranteed. Third party warranty available for purchase. We purchase warranties, when requested, through Square Trade. However you can purchase the warranty directly and save a substantial amount. Open Box
Generally new items that have been opened and returned to a store. Some accessories may be missing. There may be some blemishes or cosmetic imperfections. Item is fully functional. It may or may not have a manufacturer's warranty available. Third party warranty available for purchase.

Factory Refurbished
These items have been returned to the manufacturer for repair and returned to their "as new" condition. Usually there will be a warranty still in place but we do not verify this information. We suggest that you assume that there is no warranty when purchasing. However we do test these items before posting to our site and will note any issues. You can usually purchase a 3rd party warranty for these items.

Used
Previously owned fully functional products. Shows signs of usage. No warranty or guarantee. Depending on product age an extended third party warranty may be available for purchase. Theses items are sold "As-Is". No return accepted on these products unless the item arrives Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) or if otherwise stated on the item's product page.

Salvaged
Only purchase salvaged products for parts or repair. No warranty, guarantee or returns available.
