Returns:
You have 14 days from receipt of your items to inspect and request any
necessary returns. You must contact
Customer Service first to facilitate a return. In
lieu of charging a restocking fee you would just need to pay return
postage. The item must be returned using a trackable shipping method. If your item is being returned due to our negligence or the item is defective your
return shipping is free. No
returns accepted on salvaged goods unless otherwise stated on the
product page. See item condition description for
more detailed information.
Software Returns
We will accept returns of software
only if the item is misrepresented, damaged during shipping or we
mistakenly shipped the wrong item. This is to assist in the prevention of
software piracy. Our software items are all legitimate software
packages.
